1. General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the 5577 (www.5577.ws) platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the 5577 platform.

2. Registration & Account Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, with a maximum single deposit limit of BDT 50,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using an account registered in your own name. Third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 5577 strictly follows KYC and AML policies to prevent money laundering.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification and could be temporarily placed on hold.
• If an incorrect credit is issued due to a technical error, 5577 reserves the right to reclaim that amount.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Specific terms apply to each bonus and promotion on 5577. By claiming a bonus, you are deemed to have accepted those terms.

• A wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until all wagering conditions have been met.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 30–40 times.
• No individual may use the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus funds may not be used across all game types. Restrictions may apply to certain games.
• Bonuses that reach their expiry date will be cancelled automatically.

11. Dispute Resolution Process
